DESCRIPTION:Member Event:\n\nOn International Woman Day 2022 we launched our new Charity program "BREAK THE SILENCE"\n\nThis program provides eligible low-income victims of domestic violence access to much-needed hearing devices and treatments free of charge.\n\n\n\nEligibility is limited to those women who are: between 18 and 65 years of age\; are Alberta residents\; have no other insurance covering the cost of hearing aids and have an income less than $20\,970 if single\; $33\,240 if a family with no children\; or $39\,250 or less for a family with children. In all cases\, no other insurance covering the cost of hearing aids should be available.\n\n\n\nCurrently\, this program is for individual people only\, not organizations. If you are one who needs our help or you know someone\, who is in a need\, please find more information on how to apply at www.the44sounds.ca/charity
