\nHR is often called upon to exercise &ldquo\;authority without a title&rdquo\;\, and facilitation skills can provide structure and confidence to make this more effective. \;

\nPsychological safety is an enabler for any group dynamic. In this half day discussion you will learn what it is\, why it matters\, and how it can be lost. You&rsquo\;ll learn behaviours and tools to grow and strengthen psychological safety in the groups you facilitate
