Unlike formal leadership training\, this program offers the opportunity for both partners to learn and grow from each other's experience\, while applying new knowledge and ideas in their roles.\n\n \n\nECVO will partner newer Executive Directors or CEOs with less than three years of experience with established leaders\, offering the opportunity to share knowledge and perspectives while honing their skills.
