2020 Digital Annual General Meeting

A notice that the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting (AGM) is being hosted virtually on Tuesday, April 14 at 4:30 pm. All members of record at the close of business on April 13, 2020 are invited to attend the digital AGM. 

As a valued Chamber Member, the digital AGM is an opportunity for members to be informed of activities of the Edmonton Chamber. Each member company will be entitled to one vote (per member company) at the meeting.

If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you taking a moment to complete the Form of Proxy and return this no later than Tuesday, April 7. The Form of Proxy will be accepted digitally (by scan, fax, or emailed image).

All members who RSVP to join us virtually will be sent the access details and meeting materials directly, closer to the date of the AGM. We look forward to seeing you online!
