APREP Practice Class
Are you getting ready to join the Edmonton Police Service? Our APREP (Alberta Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police) practice session is the perfect opportunity to familiarize yourself with the test and build your confidence. In this workshop we will break down the obstacles in the APREP fitness test and the individual techniques that will make you successful in this law enforcement fitness test. A full run of the Beep/Leger test will also be completed. There will be plenty of time to practice on the push pull machine, 5ft wall, dummy drag and individual feedback will be given for every one.
