In today’s competitive business landscape, a well written business plan isn’t just a document, it’s a roadmap to success. Whether you are solidifying your business idea, beginning the startup phase or taking your existing business to new levels, your business plan will be a key factor as you move forward.

A well crafted business plan will help you:

  • Make important decisions quickly
  • Communicate clearly with your stakeholders and partners
  • Attract investors
  • Apply for credit facilities and grants

Join two of ATB’s Entrepreneur Strategists for a discussion on writing a powerful business plan. You will learn:

  • Purposes for writing a business plan and how to use it to guide your business
  • What banks look for in a business plan
  • The main sections of a business plan, key information to include and resources for finding that information
