[Workshop] Unblock Your Blueprint: A Strategic Tool for Project Planning & Development

It's that time of year... strategic planning season. Are you prepared?

Everyone is prepping for the drawing boards, brainstorming and coming up with plans for how to tackle the next calendar year. We already know how it's going to go though... chaos, mismatched visions, miscommunication, different perspectives and priorities, etc.

Before we dive into this upcoming strategic planning season with our blinders on & our fists up, let's take a step back... to Step 0. Let's take a look at where we've been, how we got here, what obstacles snuck up on us and where we detoured from our original plan. Once we have a clear idea of where we've been, we can have more confidence in the next direction to go.

During this Unblock Your Blueprint workshop, we will be doing a few things:

1. First and foremost, we will be unblocking your blueprint. This means we will be mapping out the big picture (blueprint) of your organization's change cycle and identify potential sources of resistances ("unblocking").
2. Second and nextly, we will be unblocking your blueprint using our signature "Step 0" framework for mapping organizational change. This is also a tool for strategic project planning and development.
3. Third and finally, we will be using the power of neutral outside perspectives (i.e. your fellow workshops participants) to help you identify the source of your blocked areas that tunnel vision is hiding from you.
