Description
At Bylaws Lab, learn the latest best practices and ask the experts how you can make your bylaws fresh and future-ready in an evolving non-profit sector.
This is a bylaws session for non-profits registered under the Societies Act. Representatives from non-profits will gather for 2 days to have thoughtful, values-centered conversations and explore bylaw requirements, recommendations, and proven practices. Our goal is that you will walk away with a rough draft of your new bylaws as well as a process for values-driven and strategic decision-making to explore with your board and membership. We will also be hosting a follow up session to allow you to come back with any questions you may have.
