The Grief Warrior Program for communities was designed because so many people are feeling hopeless, overdosing, depressed and so many suffering from unresolved pain from loss.
Individuals and communities need a holistic plan. A plan with a vision of healing that is inclusive and heart-centered with 24-7 access. The Facebook group "Grief after the loss of a loved one" has over 3400 members accessing weekly free training and supports. This program will help people move grief with educational video-on-demand and pdf courses materials.
The Grief Warrior Program is designed to help move communities toward the Pathways to Peace and Resiliency Roadmaps for people dealing with grief.
The LR Wellness Advantage is a very unique heart center program built from 36 years of social work skills, working with Elders for healing, and combined with 9 years of financial advisor experience. The trilogy affects healing the body, mind, and spirit.
To register go to www.lrwellness.net go to the services section and you will see the Grief Warrior Package. Once registered an email with all the courses will be sent. Participants can start right away by listening to the pre-recorded videos and accessing the exercises.
Commencing Mondays January 17, 2021, at noon MST time for 4 months I will go live with participants where we review the sessions and they can ask questions.
