Workplace Investigation: The Ins and Outs in an Hour! 

Our second HR Show & Tell web event will once again be hosted by our very own Michelle Berg, CPHR. We’ll be exploring all things “investigation” and what can hide behind the curtains.

Michelle will be joined by local by the Principal of hrology, Saira Gangji. Saira is a licensed workplace investigator with the Province of Alberta Solicitor General who investigates allegations or complaints of discrimination (human rights), harassment, violence, misconduct, and toxic culture and environment.

In 20+ years of working in HR and leading 100+ workplace investigations, Saira and Michelle have certainly had to work within the grey in and out of messy cases involving multiple complainants, multiple respondents, multiple allegations alleged over multi-year periods.
