The Coach Approach to Leadership
Description
In this complimentary workshop we will talk about the reasons to shift towards being a Coaching Leader, the mindset of a coach, as well as the structure of a basic coaching conversation.
When you adopt a coaching approach to leadership you can focus on developing employees' skills, enhancing their motivation, and achieving desired outcomes.
