How we perceive the spaces we work in has changed forever. As with any paradigm shift, this comes with both challenges and opportunities for businesses. Much of the emerging thought leadership on the true role of offices in the future of work has been accelerated as a result of the global pandemic. Fundamentally, employers can no longer view workplaces as just places for work. Instead, we need to focus on creating work environments that strengthen relationships, build culture, and unify people behind a common purpose. The longer teams work apart, the more important a space to come together becomes.
