• Employer, Supervisor and Worker legislated responsibilities and obligations overview.
• Documentation distinction; Policies, Safe Work Procedures, Codes of Practice.
• Emergency Preparedness responsibilities.
• Supervisory Leadership Skills related to Coaching techniques, Team Motivation and the development of a positive Safety Culture.
