Our Welcome Edmonton Team are continuing their monthly tour of everything Edmonton. This time taking you to the Monolith - Blind Enthusiasm Brewery. Here you will see how they create complex beers via barrel fermentation. Their barrel rooms hold hundreds of barrels, each one fermenting for one to three years, creating complex flavours and delicious results. Come tour their facility and have a taste of a unique experience and meet other Edmontonians, only here in Edmonton!
